Frequently Asked Questions
"OK, what's the deal?"

The deal is simple, aimed expressly at helping inventors find money for their
new inventions or new product ideas. Through advertising, promotion and our own reputation in the
product licensing business, we are creating The World Inventions Center, a destination
Internet web site where manufacturers, investors and licensees come to find the new
products they need to make their companies grow. We are extending an invitation to
inventors to showcase their new product invention to these visitors through their own
personal own web page -- which we will design and host on a subscription basis.
There are no middlemen or agent royalties or commissions to pay. Interested
manufacturers contact the inventors directly to make their own financial offers.
"Why do I need you?" "Why can't I design and host my own web page?"

First of all, with our low pricing schedule, we can probably do it cheaper for you than
you can do it yourself -- but that's not the issue. Just as shopping malls gain traffic by
gathering a collection of quality retailers together in a pleasant shopping environment,
we do the same with The World Inventions Center, showcasing the new products of
our member inventors. And we do what an individual inventor can't - make the
financial commitment to promote the site's benefits to the world's manufacturers and
investors, showing them how much they'll benefit from frequent visits.
"Do I have to pay you any royalties or commissions?"

No, none whatsoever. Your only expense is for a one-time set-up charge ($50) and the
small yearly subscription fee. We design your site, write the copy, and do the hosting
duties. As previously indicated, manufacturers interested in your invention are
instructed to contact you personally and directly to make their financial offers.
"Can I make changes in my web page as time goes on?"

Yes, certainly. We are happy to honor all reasonable requests for design changes and additions.
"How many manufacturers will visit my web page?"

That's hard to know, but as any real estate salesman will say, it only takes one, if he's
the right one. We can only promise to work to make The World Inventions Center the
must-visit site for every manufacturer looking for new products to help his company
grow. We spread the word through media ads such as in the American and
International Editions of the Wall Street Journal, along with key search engine
placement and an energetic publicity campaign to the hundreds of editors, reporters
and columnists of the world business press. And of course, being in the business
ourselves, we have broad contacts within the business community. Compare our
prices and compare our efforts to the non-existent ones of other sites, and you'll easily
see what a good deal we're offering.
"What if my idea isn't patented or patent pending?"

Lots of great ideas aren't patented, and needn't be in order to earn profits for
those who dream them up. The World Inventions Center has two sections - The
Arcade for patented products and The Vault for those that aren't. If your product has
no protection, The Vault would probably be where you'd want your web page. You'll
be given a secret code, and only companies you've given this code to will be able to
visit your web page. It's like having a confidential meeting with the companies of
your choice.
"What if I have no
pictures or drawings?"

Our offered subscription fee is based on you supplying the photos or drawings. If
you don't have this material, we can create original drawings for you, based on a
description of your product. There is an extra fee for this work, which can only be
quoted after receiving the information about your product. Contact us for details.
"Will you help me in contract negotiations?"

Since we will not be acting as your agent and will not be receiving royalty fees, our
participation would of course be limited. However since we do have considerable
experience in these matters, we'd be happy to answer a reasonable number of e-mail
questions.
"How can I make the best use of my web page?"

We'll do our job by bringing a broad cross section of manufacturers and investors to the
World Inventions Center site, but there's a job for you to do as well. Your web page
will have its own distinct address, which we will provide. You can increase your
page's productivity by calling or writing to specific target companies and extending a
personal invitation for them to visit your Internet web page, or by downloading copies
of your page and using them as your own virtually free brochures.
"How soon will my page be online?"

From the time we have all of the information, your web page will probably be ready in about two weeks. Your subscription doesn't start until it's up and
running.
"OK, I'm convinced. I've wasted enough time. How do I get started?"

For quick and easy on-line registration using your credit card, just visit the
Inventor's Sign-Up page and follow the simple directions.
